JUAN D. NEPOMUCENO SONS, INC. was incorporated on January 5, 1979 primarily to own, hold, manage and administer real and personal properties.

Up to year 1984, revenues were limited to rental income earned from few buildings. However, in 1985, the company started to venture in real estate development. Its first project was a 60-hectare land located in San Fernando and Bacolor, Pampanga.

The 45 hectares was allocated to subdivision lots now known as the Holy Angel Village.

As of today, the 45-hectare subdivision is 100% complete having a total development cost of P70M and 1,810 lots available for sale.

The company owns a 29,924 square meter commercial lots which include the ABC Building, Rizal Arcade and stalls in the Old AEC
compound along Sto. Rosario. These lots are being leased to banks, government offices, insurance companies, restaurants, bakeshops and flower shops. A 2,100 square meter lot located at Bo.Ugong, Pasig City is also
being leased out to car dealership.

Having been able to establish a stable source of income from its business activities, JDN Sons, Inc. decided to establish the Nepo Mall in 2002. The mall was constructed on a 16,795 square meter lot owned by JDN Sons, Inc. and started operations in December 2002.

On December 2005, the company developed a 15.461 hectare subdivision known as Villaggio Real. As of today, the 15-hectare subdivision is almost 100% complete and has 618 saleable lots, 92% of which were already sold as of year 2011.

Entec Building- In year 2010, the company constructed Nine(9) storey building with a total leasable space of about 7000 square meter. The first floor has been leased out to a bank, a convenience store, and a restaurant. The 2nd to the 8th floors are intended for Business Process Outsourcing companies. Aside from a function room and a lush meeting room on the 9th floor. The building has a CAA certified helipad for convenient and safe helicopter landing and takeoff.

The Quad @ Nepo”- At year end of 2012 the company has constructed a Food Strip in the Nepo Quadrangle, having 23 units and six(6) spaces available for retail carts. The food strip has a total of 1,908sq.m leasable area. It has 150 parking slots available not only for the foodstrip customers but also for the establishments and businesses that surround the area.
