The three-storey community mall set in the heart ofAngelesCityin Pampanga, Nepo Mall is the centerpiece of the Nepo Commercial Complex, which was developed in 1968.The mall and the complex are strategically situated at the convergence point of the city’s prime commercial, business, educational, religious, historical, cultural, and residential districts, all within a one kilometre radius. Nepo Mall Angeles opened its doors on December 14, 2002, with 24000 square metres of built area and 60% tenancy. On March 14, 2003, the 1000 square metre annex was opened, bringing the mall’s total area to 25000 square metres, with about 16,800 square metres of leasable space. By April 2003, occupancy had reached 80% and 96% by the end of 2004.
